This is an uncooked product and must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) for safe consumption. Use a meat thermometer to ensure thorough cooking.
Do not thaw. Let the samosas sit at room temperature for 3–4 minutes before frying.
Wok (Karahi) Method:

Preheat oil to 170°C (338°F).

Deep fry frozen samosas for 7–8 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

Remove, drain excess oil, and serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
