Microwave (Using Defrost Mode Only)

Do not thaw beforehand.

Place frozen kababs upright around the inside edge of a microwave-safe bowl.

Set the microwave to defrost and heat for 7–9 minutes, or until hot.

Halfway through, rearrange the kababs (move outer ones to the center and vice versa) for even heating.
Frying Pan Method

Thaw first in the refrigerator.

Preheat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.

Fry thawed kababs, turning them occasionally, until heated through and nicely browned.
