Storage: Keep frozen.
Ensure cutlets are cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Do not thaw before cooking.
Pan Fry:

Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place frozen cutlets and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully heated.
Wok (Deep Fry):

Preheat oil to 170°C (338°F).

Deep fry frozen cutlets for 4–5 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Air Fryer (Optional):

Preheat to 200°C.

Air fry frozen cutlets for 8–10 minutes, flipping once.
