Storage: Keep frozen.
This is a ready-to-cook product and must be heated to an internal temperature of 74 °C (165 °F)—check with a meat thermometer for safety. Oven and appliance performance may differ, so adjust times accordingly.
Do not thaw before cooking.
Deep Fryer:

Preheat oil to 180 °C (355 °F).

Place the frozen kababs into the hot oil and fry for approximately 3 minutes, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
Wok (Karahi) Method:

Heat oil to 170 °C (338 °F).

Add frozen kababs, turning them only once during cooking.

Fry for about 2½ minutes, or until thoroughly cooked and golden.
