Storage: Keep frozen.
Ensure koftas are heated to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) before serving. Do not thaw before cooking.
Pan Fry:

Lightly oil a non-stick pan and cook frozen koftas over medium heat.

Turn occasionally and cook for 6–8 minutes or until evenly browned and fully cooked.
Gravy Method:

Add frozen koftas directly to simmering curry.

Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
Air Fryer (Optional):

Preheat to 200°C.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
